Ceramic CSA tile adhesive

General describtion:
Ceramic CSA tile adhesive is a ready mixed mortar that have high bond strength,  which is easy to use only by mixing with proper water. It can be used to bond ceramic tile, floor tile, slab-stone, concrete wall, expanded ploystyrence even under low temperature.
Compent:
Ceramic CSA tile adhesive is a powder mixture with sulphoaluminate cement, portland cement, other inorganic silicate materials and additive agent in a appropriate proportion.
Advantages:

1.     High early strength and bond strength.  Walking and crack-sealing after 2 hours in normal temperature.

2.     Reduce working procedures. Using this product achieves efficiency result without immersing.

3.     Water-proofing strength and freezing-thaw resistance strength.

4.     It has excellent water retaining property. The adhesive layer is thin and homogeneous.

5.     It has good hydration under low temperature, and could be used under negative temperature according to our direction.

6.     Avoid cracking, falling off and breaking.

7.     Without toxic, smell, pollution and radioactivity.

Types and selections:
Ceramic CSA tile adhesive have four types with D,N,W-1,W-2 ect,and all have each application in projects which need quick hardening, good quality constraint,or negative temperature in bonding ceramic tile, fictile, slab-stone, floor tile, concrete wall, expanded ploystyrence ect.

Bonding in Icehouse or chill Area
CSA Tile Adhesive can be used in low temperature environment. The construction work need to be carried on under ﹣5-40℃,and it shall be cured at least 3 days under the normal temperature after ending tiling.
 
Tips of Usage
Special crack sealer agent should be used when filling the slot.
When working on slab-stone with size over 600×600×20mm,the uprightness is better for lower than 6m. Reinforcement is needed when over 6m.Dosage Estimate
1.5-1.7kg/㎡×mm(thickness).
