产品用途:适用于压榨柠檬、菠萝、苹果、梨、桑棋、葡萄、桔子、橙子、西红柿、生姜、芹菜、萝卜等果蔬产品结构:由前支座、进料斗、螺旋、过滤网、盛汁器、后支座、出渣槽等零件组成，螺旋主轴左端支承于滚动轴承座内，右端支承于手轮轴承座中，电动机通过一对三角皮带轮驱动螺旋进行工作。

工作原理:本设备的主要构件是螺旋，螺旋沿着料渣出口方向底径逐渐加大而螺距逐渐减小，当物料被螺旋推进时，因螺旋腔体积的缩小，形成对物料的压榨。螺旋主轴的转动方向从进料斗向渣槽方向看去，为顺针时方向。原料加入进料斗中，在螺旋的推进下受压，其压榨的汁液通过过滤网流入底部的盛汁器，而废料则通过螺旋及调压头的锥形部分之间形成的空隙排出，调压头沿轴向的移动可调整空隙的大小。用手顺时针(从设备的出渣槽向进料斗看)转运手轮轴承座时，调压头向左，空隙即缩小，反之则空隙变大。改变空隙的大小，即调整出渣的阻力，即可改变出汁率，但如果空隙过小，在强力挤压下，部分渣的颗粒会和汁一起通过过滤网被挤出，尽管出汁增加，但汁的质量相对下降，空隙的大小应视用户具体工艺要求而定。

The motor drives the screw to work through a pair of triangular belt pulleys.
Working principle: The main component of this equipment is the spiral, which gradually increases the bottom diameter along the direction of the slag outlet and decreases the pitch. When the material is pushed forward by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity decreases, forming a pressure on the material. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag groove. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and pressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The movement of the pressure regulating head along the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap. When transferring the handwheel bearing seat clockwise by hand (looking from the slag discharge groove of the equipment to the feeding hopper), the pressure regulating head should be turned to the left, and the gap will be reduced. Otherwise, the gap will become larger. Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of the residue, can change the juice yield. However, if the gap is too small, under strong compression, some of the residue particles will be squeezed out together with the juice through the filter screen. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice will relatively decrease. The size of the gap should depend on the specific process requirements of the user.
