一、安装说明Installation Note

1. 所有销轴及销孔安装前必须先涂抹黄油。

All pin shaft and pin-hole must be smear grease first before installed.

1. 由客户自行安装二或三套备用阀、控制元件及其相关软管。

Installed two or three sets backup valves , control elements and related hoses by customer himself.

1. 安装挖掘机工作装置，步骤如下：先把大臂与挖掘机固定座连接安装好，再把中臂与大臂、小臂与中臂连接安装好；然后安装各油缸及高压软管；最后安装破碎锤（或液压剪）、连杆、摇杆。

Installed excavator working devices, as follows: First, link arm to excavator fixed base. And link middle arm to boom, link arm to middle arm. Then installed all cylinder and high pressure hoses. Last installed hydraulic hammer (or hydraulic shear), link, rocker.

 

二、适用场合Application

适用于高层建筑物的拆除作业。Apply to demolishing high-rise buildings.

 

• 使用注意事项Caution

破碎锤或液压剪大小必须在我司的规定范围之内，并且必须沿履带方向作业，严禁硬物撞击、砸伤加长臂或油缸，并遵守挖掘机操作使用的相关规定。Hydraulic hammer or hydraulic shear size must be within the range of our provision. And it must along the track the direction of working. Prohibit hard object impacting or breaking long reach or cylinder, and comply with the relevant provisions of the excavator operation to use.
