HF928B High speed automatic sectional warping machine

1. Application

1.1 It is applied for winding the warps from the creel via leasing reed to the warp drum in sections. After warping, warps in sections are wound on loom beams in sheets.

1.2 This machine is preparatory to weaving lines of cotton, wool, silk, synthetic, filament, trademark, terry towel as well as industrial fabrics.

3. Main technical parameters

3.1 High precision, high strength liner guide rail and ball screw enjoys low friction, smooth action and high feeding precision.

3.2 Honeycombed design, laser-cut, superior steel plate make the warp drum be able to bear the extreme heavy load under the condition of high warp yarn length and working width, also by high-precision dynamic balance checking.

3.3 The axial direction displacement of warping table is controlled by a separate high precision servo motor, start point locating and section alignment can be set easily by pressing one key.

3.4 With the increasing thickness of the yarn, warping table moves backwards automatically, individually controlled by servo motor, ensure the constant distance between spacing reed and yarn surface and prevent section diffusing.

3.5 Warping frame horizontal movement individually controlled by servo motor, enjoys fast response speed and high precision of guide line displacement.

3.6 With inner ventilation device, it ensures accurate winding tension when beaming by method of air-pressure damping brake.

3.7 Adopting Santana braking system, the warping drum drives four hydraulic disc brakes, realizes instant and steady braking effect, improves the productivity.

3.8 The whole sectional warping machine is controlled by programmable logic controller(PLC). Each unit connects with the PLC by CANOPEN cable.
