Through special processing technology and equipment, the inner and outer fins are carved out on the basis of the smooth tube. The fins are arranged in three dimensions neatly and regularly on the tube, and are tightly joined together. Such a tube is called a 3D finned tube.
3D finned tube is developed by Professor Liao and his team, a technical adviser of COQ. It is a new generation of enhanced heat transfer tube, which can achieve high efficiency and energy-saving heat transfer by increasing the heat transfer area. Its thermodynamic performance is superior to that of the threaded tube, two-position inner ribbed tube, sand-grained rough tube and corrugated tube which have been widely used in various heat exchangers. We provide our customers with the technologies and product portfolio needed to handle any heat transfer project.
