Description

White crystalline powder. It is nontoxic and has a bitter taste. The relative density is 1.40-1.44. The melting point is no less than 300℃. It is soluble in acetone and ethyl acetate. It is hardly soluble in petroleum ether and dichloromethane. It is insoluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene and water.

Application: A non-staining secondary antioxidant for natural rubber, CR, SBR, NBR and EPR etc. Especially effective against heat oxidation in combination with amine.

 

antioxidant MB is non polluting antioxidant mainly used in the rubber industry. It can reduce the discoloration during rubber vulcanization. This product is suitable for manufacturing transparent, white and bright color products, heat resistant and foam products. This product does not change color and can not be polluted.

 

It is mainly used in synthetic rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, latex and so on.

 

the product is used as antioxidant for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber and latex. It can also be used in polyethylene. It is a so-called secondary antioxidant, and can be used simultaneously with other antioxidant (such as DNP, AP and other non polluting antioxidant) . And obvious synergistic effect can be obtained. The product is easy to disperse in rubber and no color changing in daylight. It has slight pollution. When used alone, the dosage is generally 1-1.5. When the dosage is over 2, the blooming phenomenon will be produced. The dosage in latex foam rubber is 0.5-1 and 0.5 in transparent rubber products. It is not suitable for rubber products contacting with food since it has a bitter taste.
