CCNE Maintenance-Free Starting Lead-Acid Battery is a high-performance cranking power source designed for automobiles, ships, generators, and other equipment. Adopting high-purity lead-calcium alloy grids and a unique forging process, it features low self-discharge, high corrosion resistance, strong water absorption, and long service life, meeting the reliable cranking needs of various power devices.
Key Product Features
Advanced Grid Technology: The plate grid is made of special high-purity lead-calcium alloy through a unique forging process, offering better corrosion resistance and lower self-discharge rate.
Enhanced Insulation: 0.1mm thick glass fiber is added between positive and negative plates to strengthen insulation and improve the water absorption rate of positive plates.
Maintenance-Free Design: Fully sealed structure eliminates the need for electrolyte refills, with no acid mist leakage, achieving true maintenance-free operation.
Excellent Cranking Performance: Strong high-current discharge capability ensures reliable cold cranking even in low-temperature environments.
Applications
Automotive: Passenger cars, commercial vehicles, auxiliary cranking for new energy vehicles
Marine: Engine cranking for various ships and yachts
Industrial: Generators, construction machinery, agricultural machinery cranking power supply
Special: Emergency rescue vehicles, special equipment power cranking
Operation Instructions
Installation: Install in a well-ventilated, dry area (20℃~25℃), avoid direct sunlight. Secure the battery firmly to prevent vibration. Connect positive terminal first, then negative.
Charging:
Float use: 13.5V~13.8V (12V battery, 25℃)
Cycle use: 14.4V~14.8V (12V battery, 25℃), initial current ≤0.2C
Maintenance: Avoid continuous cranking over 5 seconds; recharge within 24h after discharge. Inspect voltage and connections every 3~6 months. Prohibit short-circuiting, disassembly, or disposal in fire/water.
