Order process: 

a.) After confirming the price, we will send you an invoice. 

b.) Please mail your CD/DVD master to our company, or you can choose to send by internet, you can upload to Dropbox or Wetransfer and share to us, we will download by ourself, please provide the cd/dvd which is ISO image.

c.) Please send the artwork of cd/dvd cover, digipak, or other paper insert printing to us, please send PDF or AI format, 300dpi, this is a high resolution one, so that when we print out the goods, it will look nice.

d.) We will send you the copyright documents, you need to fill in the information based on your status and do the signature and send them back to us by email. 

e.) Please arrange deposit to us, we accept PayPal, Western Union, T/T, L/C, Secure payment, Credit card payment.

f.) It is available to make sample according to your artwork.

g.) Product can be shipped by courier, air or sea, it depends on the quantity, we would suggest the best way for you.

 Packaging & Shipping: 

1. Our minimum order quantity is 1000pcs, for this small order we would suggest you to ship by express, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. It only takes you 5-7days to your door. 

2. For the medium order like 200kg-400kg, and you are urgent to have the order
soon, the best way is to ship by air, also you need to pick up the goods at the airport.

3. For big order, the sea shipping is the best choice.

Q: Can i get a quote from you?

Q: Is sample available?
A: Yes, we are able to offer you the free sample which we have now. If you require to make a sample according to your artwork, we will charge you the sample cost.


Q: Can i only order 500 pieces? 
A: Yes, our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, but except some of the product, like paper sleeve, plastic sleeve.


Q: How to prepare my artwork files for printing? 
A: Please send the artwork of cd/dvd cover, digipak, or other paper insert printing to us, please send PDF or AI format, 300dpi, this is a high resolution one, so that when we print out the goods, it will look nice.


Q: How to prepare my cd/dvd master? 
A: Please mail your CD/DVD master to our company, or you can choose to send by internet, you can upload to Dropbox or Wetransfer and share to us, we will download by ourself, but please make sure your cd is cda format.


Q: Do you accept PayPal payment?

A: Yes, we understand we are new to each other, you may have some concerns, Standing in the perspective of the customer, we can accept PayPal payment for you, but there have some existing handling fee which PayPal company charges from receiver, so this part of handling fee is paid by customer.

Q: Can i have anti-copy technology applied to each DVD? 
A: Yes, but price is higher than normal DVD if you can accepted. 

Q: Can i have a barcode on the packaging? 
A: Yes, you just design a barcode on your artwork, we will just print the packaging out with a barcode and it doesn't without any extra cost.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 
A: This depends on the complexity of your project. Let us know if you have an urgent deadline and we'll see what we can do. Standard turnaround times (from the date of artwork approval) is 5 to 7 working days.
