Our standard shipping method is International Packet Registered Airmail for small order with tracking number. Due to different destination countries, it usually takes about 2-5weeks that you can receive the merchandise. By request, we can ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS. Do keep in mind, shipping via these other carriers will take the risk of being inspection in customs.

Terms & Conditions
All sales are not subject to a refund. Claims for any damage (defective in workmanship or material) must be made within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION number must be requested within 10 days from date upon receipt of merchandise. All returns will not have a restocking fee, if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturer's seal. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 20% restocking fee. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If the item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, a COMPANY CREDIT will be issued. There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective. A 20% restock fee maybe imposed on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 10 days.
MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION WITH TRACKING DOCUMENT INFORMATION OR RA NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED.
All sales and deal items are final, therefor non refundable or returnable. Absolutely no returns on special orders.
