1. What's the lead time? 
Samples order is in 5-10 days; some items we have stock can be shipped with 1 working day.

Bulk order is in 25-35 days according to the order quantity.

2. What's our payment term?

Sample order: 100% payment after confirm PI. T/T, Paypal Weston Union both fine.
Bulk order: T/T30% after confirm PI, the balance payment before shipment. 

3. What's the MOQ? 

Led downlights and Led panel is 50pcs/item.

Led high bay is no MOQ request, according to project demand.

4, What's our warranty? 
Generally we provide 3 years warranty. If you request 5years,need recheck cost.

7.Shipment will be by sea ,by air or by express ?

Both fine, suggest according to order qty. We have agreement with Fedex  UPS and Chine EMS, both provide pretty shipping cost.

8.Could you please send me the sample? So that I could evaluate the quality?

Yes.We can send free sample to customer, but the samples need to be charged if the value is higher, and we will return the sample fee when bulk order published.
