 Intraduction:

    The swinging sieve is a specially designed efficient sieving machine which enables a high output and accurancy for factories. The old way of sieving is watching with eyes and sieveing with hands . The RUN swinging sieve is the mechanical simulation of this old method.It is so far the most efficient simulation from the manual sieving (the sieving accuracy , efficiency and mesh lifespan are 5 to 10 times of the ordinary round sieves ) .it is very suitable for the sieving of fine and super fine powders and materials that are hard to process.

Working principle:

The basic movement is similar to mamual sieving . Eash product's stay time can be adjusted by the 3D movement of the swinging sieve. The materials are even on the whole screen surface from the center to periphery. Therefore, it spreads axially in a spiral movement,inwhich the whole process of sieving the small particles is finished . The vertical and horizontal acceleration increases with the movement of the particles. The particles close to the hole size are then separated. Larger particles are then transferred to the exit. There is an adjustable device is another factor that controls the stay time of the materials. This process is the same on each sieving level.The eccentricity is from 25 to 40mm, and low speed v belt drive is from 120 to 360rpm.
