The TCXT series tube magnet is a permanent magnet iron separator and is primarily used in feed and grain processing factories to remove magnetic iron impurities including screws, bolts, buts, iron nails, spacers and scrap iron from granular and powdery materials.
Structure and Working Principle
The tube magnet consists of the outer tube body and the magnet. The tube body is connected to be conveying pipeline through flange plates and acts as part of the pipeline. The magnet is installed on the door of the tube and can be moved the center of the tube using a revolving shaft.
The stainless steel cover and the top hood separate the magnet from the processing materials. Materials pass through the space between the tube body and the cover, which is all in the magnetic field. As materials pass through, the magnetic impurities in the processing materials are magnetized and drawn to the cover's surface.
