Hot dipped galvanized steel coils line in JIGANG Group Co., is designed by Beijing Iron & Steel Research Institute. The total investment of the project is up to 180 million RMB and the field area 120mu (80,000m2)。The design capacity is 200,000 tons/a. the main product specification is 0.3～1.2mm thickness and 800～1250mm width. The line can produce hot dipped galvanized steel coils with 60～275g/m2（both sides）,regular spangle, maximum spangle, minimum spangle and polishing spangle. The coils inner diameter is 508 or 610mm.The production item as following:
