Troughing idler

It is used to support the belt and transport bulk materials. Roller is an important part of belt conveyor, with quantity and different types.

Impact idler

The surface of the impact roller is covered by rubber ring. It has the character of wear-resisting, impact –resisting,  ging-resisting, noiseless, anti-static and high elasticity. It can be self-lubricating so as not to tearing the conveyor belt and the little resistance makes it suitable for long distance transmission. It is installed under the feeding section of the conveyor to reduce the impact of the belt and prolong the service life of the conveyer belt.

Driving pulleys

Drive pulley is the main party in belt conveyor. The type is divided in single, double and multi. The pulley runs stable, reliable. In designing, forces points have been fully considered and according to the force different design and manufacture are used in the structure.

Bend pulleys

Bend pulleys is mainly used to change the direction of the belt or strengthen the belt increase the wrap angle between it and driving roller.

  Bend pulleys has advantages in compact structure, light weight, small footprint, reliable performance, beautiful appearance, safe and convenient using. Moreover it can work normally in the dust, wet muddy condition.
