Roller press is designed according to the principle of material bed grinding, and consists of two pressing rolls that rotate in opposite direction. The material is fed from above the two rolls, and is continuously brought into the rolls space by the pressing rolls, and becomes a dense cake discharged from under the machine. The discharged cake, except for a certain proportion of fine finished products, generates a large number of cracks in the interior of non-finished particles, which improves the wearability of the material. It is characterized by high grinding efficiency, occupying small workshop space, saving energy and reducing consumption, saving investment, low noise, and easy reform the original grinding system.
