Besides, the water, as a main ingredient, is sourced from area in Dalian where has best quality.
This type of soy sauce is also a free-check product in EU. It is also supplied to the 90% Japanese food manufactures in China. The ammonia nitrogen content can be adjusted to customer's requirement and the shelf life is over 18 months.
